I really should write a proper entry (especially since I have rather a few things to write about, including computer sadness and LYS squeeing), but I haven't done one of these in a while and they're fun to do occasionally.

1. What is the last alcoholic beverage you drank?
My mom made a lovely pomegranate-kiwi-strawberry juice/smoothie to go with dinner tonight. It was rather thick and my dad had the idea to add a bit of rum to make a sort of daquiri-ish drink. Yum.

2. Do you follow college football?
I don't follow any sports.

3. How many miles does your car have on it?
I don't have a car (actually, I don't drive at all).

4. Who was the last person to send you a text message and what was it about?
I don't have a mobile.

5. Last time you went swimming in a pool?
A few weeks ago when my parents and I went to Philadelphia.

6. Are you happy?
Mostly.

7. Where was the last place you went shopping?
I can't remember . . . maybe the LYS in Lewisburg last week?

8. How do you feel about your hair?
I love the colour and length, but I wish it would actually hold curl and not tangle as easily.

9. Where do you work?
At my town's local bookstore.

Popcorn and grapefruit juice.

11. Do you wish you were someplace else right now?
I would jump on a plane back to England (with a few friends in tow) to-morrow if I could.

Never.

I have a few nice pieces.

No classes at the moment.

16. How many hours on average do you work a week?
It varies between 8 to around 14 (this should be increasing in the near future as the holiday season is coming and the bookstore will start getting quite busy).

My friends.

I don't really follow sports at all.

Yes!

Cracker Barrel.

Virgo, but sometimes I don't think it suits me (online quizzes often tell me I'm somewhat Piscean, if that's even a word)

16. Oh, and 42 of course.

The bookclub I'm in is working on a Pennies for Peace donation.

Hmm, probably yarn, books, and music.

New York and Colombia.

I have a younger brother.

Not that I know of.

Far too many TV shows, fanfiction, Big Finish Audios . . .

Only really in something my mom calls a "revajo" (which I think I'm spelling properly)--I'm sure there's an English name for it but I don't know what it is. It's half beer and half soda--rather like a rum and Coke but with beer instead of rum.

Somewhat--I bought them, but played with them and suchlike.

Oh, definitely.

Facebook.

Didn't I already say I don't own a mobile?

Ecology-based biology and literature.

I don't think so.

Around an hour ago.

Just one.

The last proper movie I watched was the 1999 version of Mansfield Park last weekend, but my mom and I just watched the first two episodes of "Blackpool."

We don't vacation much--I'd love to go back to Martha's Vineyard, though.

Probably Colin Firth or Paul McGann.

I don't have a singe favourite actress, but I like Meryl Streep, Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Natalie Portman, Sophia Myles, among others.

Does listening to music count (I wouldn't personally count that as multi-tasking as I usually have music playing)?

Not at all.

Hmm, a bit thirsty now that I think of it.

Probably Arby's.

Is this the third mobile question? I don't have one.

I don't know off-hand, probably an average amount.

Photobucket for icons and most graphics plus photos I post on LJ, ImageShack for wallpapers, and Flickr for knitting things on Ravelry.

70. What is your college mascot?
Crusaders. This was realised as a tiger wearing a Zorro-style mask and a cape.

71. Ever been to Las Vegas?
No.

73. Have you ever bought condoms?
No.

75. What do you think is your best feature?
Hmm, I don't know. I'm patient and a good listener?

76. Have you ever been gambling?
Not really. (Does this question look awkwardly worded to anyone else?)

51 and 58.

A few weeks ago, I think? I should really do that.

No.

At SU it used to be my shady reading spot under the tree by the dodgy pond or with friends . . . at home it would probably be my room.

A few times.

Probably Rainforest Cafe, Garfield's, or Panera Bread (does that count?)

Not yet, but I'd love to go sometime!

Hmm . . . I'm going to go with Disney movies here as I never really watched cartoons. Probably Jane Porter from Tarzan, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty. Oh, and I always liked swan!Odette in The Swan Princess. Now that I think of it--the Eighth Doctor!The Shada webcast is cartoon-ish, right? This is getting too long for one answer--moving on.

Cooked? I can't remember. Baked? Lemon squares and scones.

A bit chilly, but lovely late autumn weather.

Not as often as I should.

The holiday issue of KnitPicks.

I really should say the bookstore, shouldn't I? ^_^ Other than that, I love going into Barnes & Nobles/Borders and browsing through all the shiny books, music, movies, &c. Also, Mad About Ewes (the LYS in Lewisburg)--I have a newfound weakness for yarn shops.

No.

I think my last message on the answering machine was from my doctor's office.

Definitely not.

93. Stupidest thing you ever did with your cell phone?
For the fifth(?) time, I haven't got a mobile!

The best city in PA? I've been to a few but none have really impressed me.

95. Favourite band?
I probably have more favourite solo artists than bands (and I'm probably forgetting a few), but I like Simon & Garfunkel, the Moody Blues, Bread, Celtic Woman, and Evanescence. (Yes, you did read that correctly.)

96. Last time you were sick?
I wasn't really ill per se, but the first few days of my London trip I felt miserable due to lots and lots of allergies.

97. Are you bored right now?
Not really.

Mary Chapin Carpenter with Erin and Chelsea! ^_^

I have far too many "favourites"--I don't think I could pick one.

100. What are your plans for tomorrow?
Work in the morning, then probably knitting and/or reading in the afternoon.
